Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned within this time frame to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
- Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alterations
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at your email address with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to the address provided
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your return, please allow:
- 2-3 business days for inspection
- 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Items without tags or in worn/damaged condition
Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you'd like.
